Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Natural Order (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our website, booking a class, or purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Bookings and Payments

  • All class bookings must be made via our online platform.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in a class.
  • We accept payment through a secure third-party eCommerce provider called Stripe.
  • Prices are as follows:
    • Pre-book 10 classes – £100.00
    • Pre-book 2–9 classes – £12.00 per class
    • Pay as you go – £15.00 per class
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but you will always be charged the rate at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • If, in exceptional circumstances, you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, this must occur at least 48 hours before the class start time.
  • A decision to hold the fee as a credit is at the discretion of the clinic owner.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class, or no-shows, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If we cancel a class, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost.

3. Medical Disclaimer

  • By participating in our Pilates classes, you confirm that you are physically capable and have received medical clearance if necessary.
  • Please inform your instructor of any injuries, limitations, or health concerns prior to class.
  • Our Pilates service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Liability Waiver

  • Participation in any class is at your own risk.
  • The Natural Order, its employees, and contractors shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in classes or use of our facilities.
  • You agree to release and discharge us from any and all claims or causes of action.

5. Use of the Website

  • You agree not to misuse our website or booking platform.
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings or suspend accounts for any violation of these terms.

6. Privacy

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Payment information is processed securely by our third-party provider Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
  • Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
