What are the opening times of clinic?

The clinic is open Monday- Saturday.

Generally, the clinic is open between 8am-5:30pm.

There are evening options for the following:

Physiotherapy with George on Monday’s 5-8pm.

Sports Massage with Luke Fryer on Monday’s 5-8pm.

Body Massage with Jane on Wednesday’s 5-8pm.

Where is the clinic located?

The clinic address is The Natural Order, 56 Northgate, Canterbury, CT1 1BE.

Is there parking on site?

No there is not parking directly on site.

We recommend that you park at Sainsbury’s car park, next to Kingsmead leisure centre. You can park there for 2 hours free of charge.

If you would like to pay to use that site or extend your stary beyond that duration you can doing so by downloading the Horizon Parking App.

 All details available on plaques around the car park. The App has nothing to do with clinic.

The car park is a 5 min walk from clinic.

What if my mobility is poor- can I be dropped off outside clinic?

Yes, there is a layby in front of the Shelter Charity shop where you can park temporarily. It is approximately 50-100 yards from the entrance to clinic.

There is also St. John’s Lane next to clinic.

Both areas have double yellow lines- you park there at your own risk.

Is there disabled access?

Please call ahead and give us advance warming to inform us if you need a ramp for wheelchair access.

We will provide a temporary ramp to access building.

The toilet caters for disability.

Does the clinic have a call answering service?

We recommend you use email  reception@thenaturalorder.co.uk

We do have a landline number that is (01227) 454 890.

The phone is not always manned, but a voicemail service is in use.

Leave a message with your name and contact details and we will attempt to return you call ASAP. Please be patient, it may not be possible to repsond to your call for several hours or at the end of a clinican’s shift.

What are the booking options?

We encourage all patient to book online via our website  www.thenaturalorder.co.uk.

You will need to register as a new patient if you have not attended the clinic before, selecting the type and time of your preferred appointment.

If you have been before, book as an existing patient and locate your details.

What if I want to cancel my appointment?

All booked appointments are accompanied by an appointment confirmation email and an appointment email reminder.

A cancellation link is embedded in those emails. Please cancel your appointment and re-book another at your convenience.

Will I be charged for cancelling or not attending my appointment?

Yes! The clinic could lose significant through this situation.

If you do not attend (DNA) your appointment, our accounts department will contact to complete a full payment via bank transfer before you can re-book another appointment.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the booked appointment.

We understand life happens but with limited notice we will not be able to re-book another patient and this over time creates an unnecessary financial burden on clinic.

 What should I expect from my visit?

We are a modern clinic offering a high quality of service.

You will be assessed thoroughly on your first visit to create a clear diagnosis.

We expect all clients to wear clothing suitable for assessment, you may be asked to removed clothing to look and assess wider areas than your primary region of concern.

We offer a range of treatments including manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, acupuncture, dry needling, exercise prescription.

We can utilise electrotherapy like Shock wave therapy at an extra charge.

We can create bespoke rehabilitation programmes at varying levels of detail at an additional cost.

We can book follow up or enquiry calls as a billable item.
